This project focuses on the characterisation and modelling of silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells. A few potential directions include device reliability measurement, device loss analysis, understanding the mechanism of the material, and device degradation.
The ANU team leads the world in the field, with one Science and one Nature publication in 2021 alone.
