Biography
Neil Kaines has a background of electrical trade obtained in the mining industry, followed by electronics engineering. He started with ANU in Biochemistry, managing the workshop before moving to photovoltaics, which then evolved into a Laboratory Manager role.
Neil expanded his skills with Project Management training, and oversaw several building and laboratory expansion projects. He then moved into the Technical Services Manager position for the ANU Research School of Electrical, Energy and Materials Engineering. Neil applied to be a Reimagine Fellow after seeing the need for a coordination in technical support across the College.
