The School of Engineering (SOEN) Administration is the first point of contact for the provision of administrative support services within the School. Our team is responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks relating to the day to day activities of the School’s staff, students and visitors. We work in close partnership with the College Functional Areas.

Our admin office is staffed from 9am to 5pm on business days. If the office is unattended for any reason, this will be communicated to the School via email and/or signage as soon as reasonably feasible.
