Duties:

In addition to providing IT Systems operations and support for CECS, I manage and coordinate the CECS IT Support Helpdesk staff, as well as handle an amount of purchasing jobs, software liaison tasks and support roles.
If there's a computer in it, on it or near it, I'll probably be responsible for it, involved with it or blamed for it.
