Thinking of studying with us?

The Research School of Engineering is unique for its interdisciplinary systems engineering approach to undergraduate study. Students are taught a number of engineering disciplines and how they connect. It is different to studying a 'named' degree like electrical engineering. This means that our students acquire a depth of knowledge in engineering majors and combine this with a breadth of knowledge across the engineering profession. Our graduates are highly sought after.

Graduate coursework and graduate research students are exposed to an intellectually stimulating and rewarding teaching and research environment where our award winning and dedicated academic staff lead the way in developing innovative study programs that bring students right up to date with new and emerging trends in engineering.

We have a high staff to student ratio to ensure that our students have personal attention for study and wellbeing, scholarships, mentoring programs, and student associations like Women in Technology.
